Four mechanisms. If a number is not published here, it is not decided yet.
Contributions are denominated and accounted in BAY. Fiat and ETH figures appear as approximations for orientation, never as a price feed, and never as a reason to buy.
A raise fills one vessel's vault. The operator draws at a published rate — the tap. Contributors vote to raise it, freeze it, or self-destruct the vault and refund what is unspent. What can be spent and what remains are both on the vessel page.
Three keys sit on a deal: privateer, counterparty, harbor. On the happy path the first two sign and the harbor key never moves. If one side disappears or disputes, either can escalate — and only then does the third key act.
A letter of marque is a signed attestation from the harbor key, bound to one bearer wallet and not transferable. It answers "who are you?" — independently of any deal. Anyone can check a bearer without asking the harbor.
Verify a marque →No APY. No price chart. No leaderboard. What the operator can spend and what remains in the vault are the only numbers this harbor advertises.
